• Aftersales service: resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; follow- ing up to ensure resolution.
• Educate sales team of promotions and monitor execution

• Excellent at Microsoft Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
