Programming
- An introductory meeting is conducted on-site to get to know more about your lifestyle, your taste and your preferences. Our designer takes pictures, gathers information and begins sourcing.

Schematic Design
- Moodboards, general colour schemes, samples
Design development
- Fine tuning of schematic design
- Architectural Layout Plans; floor plans, elevations and details as necessary.
- Furniture Layout Plans; countertops & cabinets
- Kitchen Appliances .
- Flooring Layout Plan
- Wall Finishing Selections; tiling and backsplash
- Mechanical; preliminary HVAC description to include central plant, duct chases, major duct runs etc.
- Electrical; voltage, number of feeders & whether they are overheard or underground.
Documentation
- Architectural Detailed Drawings: custom pieces, door types, window details & treatments, cornice, skirting and any other relevant construction documents
- Preparation of technical drawings and specifications
Installation
- Designer is present for site visit to verify project quality and progress. Furnishings are delivered and installed.
