Furniture Layout Plans; refrigerators, stoves, freezers, storage, cooktops etc.
Reflected Ceiling Layout
Wall Finishing Selections; tiling and backsplash
Mechanical; preliminary HVAC description to include central plant, duct chases, major duct runs etc.
Electrical; voltage, number of feeders & whether they are overheard or underground.
Plumbing fixtures; gas, water, sewer etc. service points
Architectural Detailed Drawings: custom pieces, door types, window details & treatments and any other relevant construction documents
Preparation of technical drawings and specifications
Designer is present for site visit to verify project quality and progress. Furnishings are delivered and installed.
