Design Development

  • Fine-tuning of approved schematic design
  • Architectural Layout Plans: floor plans, interior elevations, and details as necessary
  • Furniture Layout Plans
  • Reflected Ceiling Layout Plans
  • Flooring Layout Plans
  • Wall Finishing Selections
  • Bathroom Detailed Drawings
  • Electrical Layout Plans and Lighting Design
  • FFE: Furniture, Accessories, Fabrics Selection Boards, Artwork recommendations
  • Shopping and showroom visits are done in this phase if necessary
  • Budget Approval

Documentation

  • Architectural Detailed Drawings: custom pieces, door types, window details & treatments, cornice, skirting and any other relevant construction documents
  • Preparation of technical drawings and specifications

Installation

  • Designer is present for site visit to verify project quality and progress. Furnishings are delivered and installed
