  • Wall Finishing Selections; tiling and backsplash
  • Mechanical; preliminary HVAC description to include central plant, duct chases, major duct runs etc.
  • Electrical; voltage, number of feeders & whether they are overheard or underground.
  • Plumbing fixtures; gas, water, sewer etc. service points
  • Lighting Design
  • Architectural Detailed Drawings: custom pieces, door types, window details & treatments and any other relevant construction documents
  • Preparation of technical drawings and specifications
