Job Description:
• Excellent product knowledge and inquiries
• Order management: assist with placement of orders, re- funds, or exchanges with clients, dealers and distributors.
• Aftersales service: resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; follow- ing up to ensure resolution.
• Educate sales team of promotions and monitor execution
• Daily inventory checks to ensure order accuracy
• Pricing and costing strategies
Required Skills:

• Excellent at Microsoft Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
• 1-3 years prior experience
